Why then did you not testify to the Truth? 57 Have ye seen that which ye emit? 58 Did you create it or was it We who created it? 59 We have incorporated death in your constitution, and We shall not be hindered 60 That We may transfigure you and make you what ye know not. 61 And you have indeed learnt about the first creation, so why do you not ponder? 62 Ponder upon the soil you till, 63 Is it ye that cause it to grow, or are We the Cause? 64 If We willed, surely We would make it chaff, so that ye would be left wondering. 65 "We are ruined, 66 nay; we have been undone!” 67 Have you seen the water which you drink? 68 Did you send it down from the clouds, or did We send it? 69 Did We will, We would make it bitter; so why are you not thankful? 70 Have you thought about the fire that you kindle. 71 Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producer? 72 We have made it as a reminder and convenience for the needy. 73 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 74

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
