۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 Bring it back, if you should be truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
