۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 and you are watching at that time 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
