Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a hidden Book 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 right before your very eyes? 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
