۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
