۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 right before your very eyes? 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
