Al-Munaafeqoon 2 of 2

O believers! Do not let your wealth or your children distract you from remembrance of God. Those who do so will be the losers. 9 Expend of what We have provided you before that death comes upon one of you and he says, 'O my Lord, if only Thou wouldst defer me unto a near term, so that I may make freewill offering, and so I may become one of the righteous.' 10 And Allah deferreth not a soul when its term hath come; and Allah is Aware of that which ye do. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
