In Allah, therefore, let the believers put their trust. 13 O ye who believe! verily of your wives and your children there is an enemy unto you; wherefore beware of them. And if ye pardon and pass over and forgive, then verily Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 14 Your wealth and your children are only a trial; and with God is a mighty wage. 15 so be mindful of God as best as you can; and listen, and obey; and spend in charity: it is for your own good. Those who guard themselves against their own greed will surely prosper: 16 If ye lend unto Allah a goodly loan, He will double it for you and will forgive you, for Allah is Responsive, Clement, 17 Knower of what is open, Exalted in Might, Full of Wisdom. 18
