Surely the God-fearing shall have Gardens of bliss with their Lord. 34 Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? 35 What is the matter with you? How could you judge this to be so? 36 Or do you have a scripture in which you learn 37 That therein is yours that which ye may choose? 38 Or have you oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection? Surely you shall have whatever you judge! 39 Ask them: "Which of you is able to vouch for this?" 40 Or have they associates if they are truthful. 41 On the day the great calamity befalls, and they are called to bow in homage, they will not be able to do so. 42 Downcast will be their looks; abjectness will overspread them. Surely they had been called upon to prostrate themselves while yet they were whole. 43 Then leave Me Alone with such as belie this Quran. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not. 44 for, behold, though I may give them rein for a while, My subtle scheme is exceedingly firm! 45 (Muhammad), do you ask for your preaching any recompense which is too heavy a price for them to pay? 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 So be patient with the judgement of your Lord and do not be like the Companion of the Whale (Jonah), when he called out choking inwardly. 48 Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed. 49 But his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 Hence, [be patient,] even though they who are bent on denying the truth would all but kill thee with their eyes whenever they hear this reminder, and [though] they say: "[As for Muhammad,] behold, most surely he is a madman!" 51 Whereas it is not but an advice to the entire creation! 52
