Al-Qalam 2 of 2
Verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) are Gardens of delight (Paradise) with their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat the People of Faith like the People of Sin? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge ye? 36 Have you a Scripture that tells you 37 That you shall have all that you choose? 38 Or is it that you have a covenant from Us, right up to the Day of Judgement, that you will get all what you claim? 39 Ask them: “Which of them can guarantee that? 40 Or have they any partners? Let them bring their partners then, if what they say is true. 41 On the day when there shall be a severe affliction, and they shall be called upon to make obeisance, but they shall not be able, 42 Their eyes will be humbled, and humiliation shall spread over them for they were already ordered to prostrate themselves when they were undiminished. 43 Leave Me (to deal) with those who give the lie to this pronouncement. We shall lead them on by steps from whence they know not. 44 And I bear with them; verily My contrivance is sure. 45 Or do you ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down? 46 Do they possess the knowledge of the unseen which confirms the truthfulness of their belief? 47 So be patient with the judgement of your Lord and do not be like the Companion of the Whale (Jonah), when he called out choking inwardly. 48 Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed. 49 Then his Lord chose him, and He made him of the good. 50 When those who deny the truth hear the admonition, they would almost cause you to stumble with their evil eyes; and they say, "He is certainly mad." 51 Whereas it is not but an advice to the entire creation! 52
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
