But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 That it is surely the speech brought by messenger honourable. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
