But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
