Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
