What ails the unbelievers, running with outstretched necks 36 from the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun. 41 Then leave them alone to plunge and play until they encounter that day of theirs which they are promised, 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 With eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: Such is the Day which they are promised. 44
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
