What aileth those who disbelieve, toward thee hastening. 36 On the right and on the left, in groups? 37 Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that, verily We are Able. 40 to replace them by others who would be better than they; and We shall certainly not be overpowered. 41 Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened; 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44
