In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment." 1 He said: 'My nation, I am a clear warner for you. 2 Worship Allah, and fear Him, and obey me. 3 so that He may forgive you some of your sins, and grant you respite until a term known [to Him alone]: but, behold, when the term appointed by God does come, it can never be put back - if you but knew it!" 4 He said: "O my Lord! I have called to my People night and day: 5 but my calling has only increased them in flight. 6 And verily so oft as I call them, that Thou mayest forgive them, they place their fingers into their ears, and wrap themselves with their garments, and persist, and are stiff-necked. 7 Then surely I called to them aloud: 8 and, behold I preached to them in public; and I spoke to them secretly, in private; 9 "I said (to them): 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; 10 He will send the heaven upon you copiously; 11 And will help you with wealth and sons, and will assign unto you Gardens and will assign unto you rivers. 12 "'What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah,- 13 seeing He created you by stages? 14 Do you not see how God has fashioned seven skies one above the other, 15 and placed therein the moon as a light and the sun as a torch. 16 how God has produced you from the earth and caused you to grow, 17 He will make you return to it and then take you out of it again. 18 And God has laid the earth for you as a carpet, 19 That you may go along therein in wide paths. 20

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
