Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I pray unto Allah only, and ascribe unto Him no partner. 20 Say: I do not control for you evil or good. 21 Say, "No one can protect me from God, nor can I find any place of refuge but with him. 22 (Mine is) but conveyance (of the Truth) from Allah, and His messages; and whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger, lo! his is fire of hell, wherein such dwell for ever. 23 When they are confronted by what they have been promised, they will realize who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say: "I do not know whether that [doom] of which you were forewarned is near, or whether my Sustainer has set for it a distant term." 25 The Knower of the unseen! so He does not reveal His secrets to any, 26 except the messenger whom He has chosen. He sends down guardians who walk before them and behind them, 27 That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things. 28
