Say: "I call on my Lord alone and I do not associate any one with Him." 20 Say: “Surely neither it is in my power to hurt you nor to bring you to the Right Way.” 21 Say, "Surely no one can protect me against God, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge. 22 excepting a Deliverance from God and His Messages. And whoso rebels against God and His messenger, for him there awaits the Fire of Gehenna; therein they shall dwell forever.' 23 Till, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who it is that is weaker concerning helpers and less important concerning numbers. 24 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I know not whether (the punishment) which you are promised is near or whether my Lord will appoint for it a distant term. 25 "(He Alone) the All-Knower of the Gha'ib (unseen), and He reveals to none His Gha'ib (unseen)." 26 "Except a messenger whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him, 27 [He (Allah) protects them (the Messengers)], till He sees that they (the Messengers) have conveyed the Messages of their Lord (Allah). Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
