You will never come to piety unless you spend of things you love; and whatever you spend is known to God. 92 ۞ All food was lawful to the children of Israel except that which Israel had forbidden to himself, before the Taurat was revealed. Say: Bring then the Taurat and read it, if you are truthful. 93 And whoever shall invent a falsehood after that concerning Allah, such will be wrong-doers. 94 Say: 'Allah has said the truth. Follow the Creed of Abraham, he was of pure faith, and not an idolater' 95 Most surely the first house appointed for men is the one at Bekka, blessed and a guidance for the nations. 96 Therein are signs manifest, the station of Ibrahim. And whosoever entereth it shall be secure. And incumbent on mankind is pilgrimage to the House for that good-will of Allah: on him who is able to find a way thereunto. And whosoever disbelieveth, then verily Allah is Independent of the worlds. 97 Say: O followers of the Book! why do you disbelieve in the communications of Allah? And Allah is a witness of what you do. 98 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O People given the Book(s)! Why do you prevent those who have accepted faith from the way of Allah, seeking to cause deviation in it, whereas you yourselves are witnesses to it? And Allah is not unaware of your deeds!” 99 O believers, if you follow what some of the people of the Book say, it will turn you into unbelievers even after you have come to belief. 100 And how can you disbelieve, whereas Allah’s verses are recited to you and His Noble Messenger is present amongst you?! And whoever takes the support of Allah is indeed guided to the right path. 101
