Nay, by the moon, 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 and the morn when it dawns! 34 surely (Hell) is one of the greatest Signs, 35 As a warning unto men, 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Each soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 Except those on the right side. 39 who will be in Paradise 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 and we did not feed the poor, 44 We plunged in with the plungers 45 And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; 46 “Till death overcame us.” 47 The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Indeed, each one of them desires to be given unrolled scrolls. 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 Nay; this is an Exhortation. 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness. 56
God the Almighty always says the truth.
