I say the truth, and call the moon to witness, 32 And by the night when it withdraws, 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 A warning unto humankind 36 To any of you that chooses to go forward (by working righteous deeds), or to remain behind (by commiting sins), 37 Each one is a hostage to one's deeds, 38 Except the people of the right hand, 39 who will be in Paradise 40 Concerning the culprits: 41 "what led you into hell?" 42 They will answer: "We did not fulfil our devotional obligations, 43 we fed not the needy, 44 We used to wade (in vain dispute) with (all) waders, 45 "And we used to belie the Day of Recompense 46 “Till death overcame us.” 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 No! They do not fear the Hereafter -- 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 So whosoever willeth may heed it. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
