Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 Surely these men love the hasty world, and leave be behind them a heavy day. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
