Al-Insan 2 of 2
(Muhammad), We have revealed the Quran to you in gradual steps. 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And remember the Name of thy Lord at dawn and in the evening 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Behold, they [who are unmindful of God] love this fleeting life, and leave behind them [all thought of] a grief-laden Day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Surely this is a Reminder; so he who will, takes unto his Lord a way. 29 Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zalimun, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment. 31
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
