Surely We Ourselves have revealed the Quran to you revealing (it) in portions. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And celebrate the name of thy Lord morning and evening, 25 and in the night prostrate to Him; and exalt Him for a long night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He admits to His mercy whomever He wants. For the unjust He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
