As for those who preserve themselves from evil and follow the straight path, there is attainment for them: 31 Gardens enclosed and vineyards, 32 And graceful maidens of the same age, 33 and a cup overflowing. 34 They shall not hear therein any vain words nor lying. 35 for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 the Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, the Merciful, of whom they are unable to speak. 37 On the Day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the Compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright. 38 That is the Day, the truth, so whosoever wills takes a way to his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
