The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By those (angels) that pluck out the soul from depths, 1 And who softly release the soul. (Of the believer) 2 And [by] those who glide [as if] swimming 3 And who quickly present themselves. 4 by the managers (angels) affair. 5 The day the convulsive (first blast) shatters convulsively 6 Followed by oft-repeated (commotions): 7 On that Day will [men's] hearts be throbbing, 8 Their eyes humbled. 9 (The disbelievers) say, "Shall we be brought back to life again 10 Even if we should be decayed bones? 11 They shall say, 'That then were a losing return!' 12 Indeed, it will be but one shout, 13 to bring them out of their graves and back to life on the earth's surface. 14 (Muhammad), have you heard the story of Moses 15 Lo! His Sustainer called out to him in the twice-hallowed valley: 16 and directed him: “Go to Pharaoh, he has rebelled, 17 and say: "Will you purify yourself, 18 And let me guide you to your Lord so you would fear [Him]?'" 19 Moses showed him the great sign, 20 Yet he belied and disobeyed. 21 then he turned away hastily, 22 So he gathered the people, and proclaimed. 23 and said, "I am your Lord All-Highest!" 24 So God seized him for the punishment of the Hereafter and this world. 25 Indeed in that is a warning for whoever would fear [Allah]. 26
