The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (angels) who tear out (the souls of the wicked) with violence; 1 By the meteors rushing, 2 By the angels who glide swimmingly, 3 By the angels hastening, 4 by the managers (angels) affair. 5 A Day shall come whereon the quaking will quake, 6 and will be followed by another quaking. 7 On that day hearts beat painfully 8 Cast down will be (their owners') eyes. 9 The disbelievers say, “Will we really return to our former state?” 10 even though we may have become [a heap of] crumbling bones?" 11 They said, “So this return is an obvious loss!” 12 But it will be only a single blow, 13 And lo! they will be awakened. 14 Have you heard the story of Moses? 15 Recall what time his Lord called unto him in the holy vale of Tuwa. 16 (Saying:) Go thou unto Pharaoh - Lo! he hath rebelled - 17 And say to him, 'Would you [be willing to] purify yourself 18 that I might guide you to your Lord, so that you fear (Him)." 19 Moses showed him the great miracle 20 but he denied it as false and disobeyed, 21 and hastily turned away, 22 and then he gathered [his great ones,] and called [unto his people,] 23 and proclaimed, and he said, 'I am your Lord, the Most High!' 24 So God seized him with the chastisement of the Last World and the First. 25 Lo! herein is indeed a lesson for him who feareth. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
