What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
