What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
