He built it, 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
