(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
