The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun is wound up; 1 when the stars are thrown down, 2 And when the mountains shall made to pass away; 3 The ten-month pregnant female camels are abandoned, 4 And when wild animals are herded together. 5 the oceans are brought to a boil, 6 souls are reunited with their bodies, 7 when the buried infant shall be asked 8 For what sin she was killed 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 And when the sky is torn away, 11 And when Hellfire is set ablaze 12 And when the Garden shall be brought nigh, 13 then shall a soul know what it has produced. 14 Rather, I swear by the returning 15 that hide, 16 and the night that falls, 17 and the morning when it extends, 18 Verily, this is the Word (this Quran brought by) a most honourable messenger [Jibrael (Gabriel), from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)]. 19 Owner of power, and high rank with (Allah) the Lord of the Throne, 20 One (to be) obeyed, and faithful in trust. 21 For, this fellow-man of yours is not a madman: 22 And without doubt he saw him in the clear horizon. 23 And he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) withholds not a knowledge of the unseen. 24 nor is it a word of an accursed Satan. 25 So where are you going? 26 Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 27 for whosoever of you would go straight, 28 But you cannot will it unless God, the Lord of the Universe, so wills it [to show you that way]. 29
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
