Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness] 1 And when the stars fall, 2 And when the mountains shall made to pass away; 3 And when the camels big with young are abandoned, 4 And when the wild animals are made to go forth, 5 And when the seas are filled with flame 6 And when the souls shall be joined with their bodies; 7 When the female (infant), buried alive, is questioned - 8 for what sin she was slain, 9 When the ledgers are laid open, 10 when heaven is stripped, 11 And when the hell is kindled up, 12 when Paradise shall be brought nigh, 13 Every soul shall (then) know what it has prepared. 14 So by oath of those that revolve. (The planets.) 15 That run their course (and) hide themselves, 16 And by the night as it departs; 17 The rising dawn, 18 That this is in truth the word of an honoured messenger, 19 of power, given a rank by the Owner of the Throne 20 One (to be) obeyed, and faithful in trust. 21 And (O people!) your companion is not one possessed; 22 he truly saw him on the clear horizon; 23 He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. 24 The Quran is not the word of condemned satan. 25 When whither go ye? 26 This is certainly the guidance for all (jinn and mankind). 27 for whosoever of you would go straight, 28 And ye will not, unless (it be) that Allah willeth, the Lord of Creation. 29

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
