The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up; 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 And when the hills are moved, 3 when the ten-months pregnant camels shall be abandoned, 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 And when the seas are set on fire, 6 And when souls are united, 7 And when the girl buried alive shall be asked: 8 such as, "For what crime were they murdered?" 9 And when the Writs shall be lain open, 10 And when the sky is torn away, 11 and when the blazing fire [of hell] is kindled bright, 12 And when the Garden is brought nigh, 13 A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it]. 14 I swear by the receding stars. 15 Go straight, or hide; 16 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 17 and the first breath of morning. 18 Verily this is the word of a noble message-bearer; 19 with strength endowed, secure with Him who in almightiness is enthroned 20 obeyed by (all creatures) and faithful to His trust. 21 Your Companion is not mad, 22 he truly beheld [the angel - beheld] him on the clear horizon; 23 nor does he grudge (conveying this knowledge about) the Unseen; 24 This is not the utterance of an accursed devil. 25 When whither go ye? 26 This is nothing but a Reminder to the worlds, 27 For whoever wills among you to take a right course. 28 And ye will not, unless (it be) that Allah willeth, the Lord of Creation. 29
Almighty Allah's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
