Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heaven shall be cleft, 1 And the stars dispersed, 2 the oceans are merged together, 3 When the graves are overturned, 4 A soul will know what it hath sent before (it) and what left behind. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 who created thee and shaped thee and wrought thee in symmetry 7 He moulded you into whatever shape He willed. 8 Not at all – but rather you deny the establishment of Justice. 9 Verify there are for you guardians, 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 Who know what you do. 12 Surely the pious shall be in bliss, 13 whereas the wicked will be in Hell; 14 They will enter it on the Day of Justice. 15 And will not be able to hide from it. 16 What do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
