The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the heavens with constellations, 1 And by the Day promised, 2 And by the Day witnessing and the Day witnessed, 3 (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch 4 the makers of the fuel-stoked fire! 5 When they were sitting near it 6 witnessing what they were doing. 7 And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!- 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and women without repenting will suffer the torment of hell and that of the burning fire. 10 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds for them are Gardens beneath which rivers flow; this is the great success. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 It is He who originates and repeats. 13 And He is the Fogiving, the Loving, 14 Master of the Honourable Throne. 15 the Executor of what He wills. 16 Hast thou received the story of the hosts, 17 Of Pharaoh and (the tribe of) Thamud? 18 The unbelievers are indeed engaged in denying it, calling it a lie, 19 And Allah encompasses them on every side. 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 in a guarded tablet. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
