The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears will mind, 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
