The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
