The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
