The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
