Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Has there come to you the narration of the overwhelming (i.e. the Day of Resurrection); 1 On that day the faces of some people will be humbly cast down, 2 labouring, toilworn, 3 about to enter a glowing fire, 4 They will be given drink from a boiling spring. 5 No food for them save the bitterness of dry thorns, 6 Which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger. 7 In that day other faces will be calm, 8 well-pleased with their striving. 9 in a garden sublime, 10 wherein they will not hear any vain talk. 11 Therein will be a running spring, 12 raised couches, 13 And goblets set at hand 14 and cushions ranged, 15 And rich carpets (all) spread out. 16 Do they not look at the Camels, how they are made?- 17 And the heaven, how it is raised? 18 And at the mountains, how firmly they are reared? 19 how the earth was outstretched? 20 Remind them; you are surely a reminder. 21 thou art not charged to oversee them. 22 But whosoever will turn back and disbelieve 23 In which case he will be punished by God with the severest punishment. 24 Certainly, it is to Us that they will return. 25 Then indeed, upon Us is their account. 26
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
