Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the early hours of the day, 1 And by oath of the night when it covers, 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 4 And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and then gave you shelter? 6 Did He not find you a wanderer so He guided you? 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 and proclaim the bounties of your Lord. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
