Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
