Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
