Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
