Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
