Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
