Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
