Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh). Sent down in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
