Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
